DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 
 * Always try a tincture topically with 1 drop to see if any skin sensitivity arises. If not proceed to try 1 drop ingestion. If no issues or allergies arise then continue to your regimen. Always discontinue use of allergies or sensitivities arise. 
Take Daily as needed 5-20 drops 1-3x a day. Place drops under tongue for 30sec. Swallow
For Relaxation and Calm before bed: 5-20 drops 20 min before rest.

If you can’t tolerate the sublingual ( under the tongue) method add your drops to a small amount of liquid before ingesting.
