Please note that my Elderberry Syrup is not thick like store bought as I do not use commercial thickeners, chemical laden syrups or gelatins to thicken up the reduction. 

It’s also priced higher than most Syrup due to the concentration of Elderberries. I use 2-3x the amount of most recipes and source my honey. It’s local, raw and unfiltered. Full of all nature’s wonderful benefits. It’s not processed barely beneficial
