Yarrow Tincture

Handcrafted Yarrow Tincture- 2oz bottle
Shaken with love and intention daily for eight weeks then strained and stored and sterilized 2 ounce glass bottles.
Ingredients: Organic Yarrow + 40% Brandy Alcohol 
 * It is an effective anti microbial and it can be used as a dentifrice which is used to stop bleeding both internally and externally. It is an excellent wound herb, a safe herb for treatment of colds and flus, brings fevers down, exceptionally astringent. 
* Yarrow has a quite a history. Here’s a little background info! 
It’s scientific name, Achillea millefolium, is derived from Homer’s mythical great Trojan War hero, Achilles. It was believed that Achilles and his soldiers used the herb to heal their wounds! Native Americans, Ancient China and others all used yarrow for its naturally occurring wound healing benefits. There have even been several scholarly articles published on the benefits of Yarrow for healing wounds and gum/mouth issues. 
I love yarrow and always have it on hand.  Safe for children topically. 
To use: 
1- Dab on cotton ball and apply to affected area. 
Cautions:
Do not take yarrow for more than 2 weeks at a time.
Do not take yarrow if you are pregnant, as it can cause uterine contractions and may result in a miscarriage.
If you are on high blood pressure medications, please note that yarrow can lower blood pressure, and therefore your regular blood pressure medications can be affected.
Placing yarrow on the skin can cause issues if you will be in direct sunlight afterwards.
